Processing Time

All TapTune™ products are personalized and made specifically for each customer. Please allow 1–4 business days for order processing and customization before your order is shipped.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. TapTune™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or experiences significant delays, please contact our support team. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
